SPRING 2025 - REGISTRATION INSTRUCTIONS
 
Please read all of the instructions before registering.

Your child needs to be born before April 12, 2020 to be eligible to be registered with PYSA. 

Choose the grade your child will be in from September 2024 to July 2025. Note: If your child turns 5 before April 12, 2025, and isn't in Kindergarten yet, still select Kindergarten.

No child will be placed on a team until payment is made,  a birth certificate is received,  and approved by a PYSA Board Member no exceptions.

Fill out all information that has a * next to the field you are filling out.

If for any reason you do not complete the registration process.  All your information will not be saved, and you will have to register again.

At the end of the registration process you will be assigned a parent ID Number.  This ID number will be emailed to you along with your payment info save this number. This number along with the parent ID and password you created in the application process will be your access to get back into the system.  This access will allow you to make payments ,check game & practice schedule times, and register for the next season.

 Birth Certificates will be required for all new players.

Registrations Fees:

• Kindergarten $65.00   
• Grades 1-2 $65.00
• Grades 3-12  $80.00
• $160.00 Maximum per family

There will be a $25.00 Administrative fee applied for any cancellations after a player is registered

There is a separate uniform fee for those players in the Travel Program
