Adult Registration for Coaches and Volunteers
CORI Form
Massachusetts and Mass Youth Soccer require all coaches and volunteers to complete a CORI (Criminal Offender Record Information) form for background checks. Every volunteer with Peabody Youth Soccer must complete this process—no exceptions.
Annual Registration
Each year, all volunteers must register with Mass Youth Soccer. CORI approvals may last multiple years, but registration is required annually. Visit Mass Youth Soccer Adult Registration Process for details.
Before You Register
- Headshot: Have a passport-quality photo ready (no hats or sunglasses).
- Organization: Select "Peabody Youth Soccer" as your organization.
- Legal Name: Use your exact legal name and consistent email across all soccer-related registrations.

Credential Pick-up
You will be notified by email when your Adult Credential is ready for pick-up. By accepting any volunteer position, you agree to abide by PYSA Rules and Policies.
We recommend starting this process as soon as possible to allow time for CORI verification and the completion of required training courses.
